I made the green liquid textures and the stone textures in Substance Designer. I modeled the water well in Houdini as well as the meshes for the "waterfall" and the liquid into the water well. I made the material shaders in UE4 offsetting the vertices of the liquid accordingly with its heightmap. For the waterfall and the liquid in the water well I used the same texture, I just did some uvs distortion to add some variations.
